Yes, this event is aimed at industry professionals only.
 

Can I bring a child to the event?  
Children are allowed when accompanied by an adult. However, as this is a trade only event, supervision at all times is essential.

Are there catering facilities at the event?

Is there free parking at the event?  
The only way to guarantee a parking space is to use the venue's booking system. Please visit the venue website for more details. 

VISITOR INFORMATION  

How do I register for a free expo pass?  
When registration opens, you'll be able to register for a free expo pass on any of the highlighted buttons placed throughout this website and included in your email news updates. In the meantime, register your interest to be the first to know when expo passes are available.
 

Do I need any industry or professional body accreditation to attend this event?  
No, there are no specific criteria to attend the event. It is a trade show for all professionals working in the airport products and related services industries.
 

Do I need to register for the conference separately?  
Yes. Whilst the expo is free to enter, the conference is a paid-for event. You can register for the conference for one, two, or three days. If you have registered your interest in the event, you'll receive details of when conference registration opens.
 

Will I have enough time to visit in one day?  
PTE World is a comprehensive expo with over 400 exhibitors. Depending on your reasons for attending, it may be a stretch to see everything you want to see in one day. Please use the official event App to help you plan your appointments and ensure you do not miss out on the networking events. 
 

Is there a networking reception during the event?  
Yes, there is an official drinks reception and numerous break out sessions. More details will be added to the website and the official event App closer to the date.  
 

Do I need a Visa?
Holders of Schengen Area, European Union, and UK passports do not require a visa to travel to London.

Important Note: To receive a visa invitation letter, you must first complete the registration form. If you are an exhibitor or speaker, please contact the visa department at visa@ukimediaevents.com.

We will begin processing visa invitation letters 16 weeks before the event. If you have special circumstances that require the letter to be issued earlier, please email the visa department at visa@ukimediaevents.com.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 

How do I register for access passes for my team?  
Registering your team is just a few steps away. Once you have been sent your login details, simply log into the E-zone area of this website and you will find a link for registration.
 

What are the build days and timings?  
For all build information, please view the exhibitor manual.


Can I gain early access to the halls on breakdown?  
No, exhibits may be not removed before the exhibition closes at 15:00hrs on Thursday March 19, 2026, nor will any contractors be allowed into the halls until this time - please ensure that you have briefed your contractors accordingly.
 

What is the breakdown process and timings?

Can I leave my vehicle onsite during build and breakdown?  
For vehicle access information during build-up and breakdown, please view the exhibitor manual.


Can I collect visitor data throughout the show?  
Yes, you can capture the contact details of everyone who visits your booth with our simple-to-use Visit Connect automatic lead-retrieval system. The system is extremely good value: just €275 for the duration of the show. For any questions please email: leads@ukimediaevents.com.

CONFERENCE DELEGATE INFORMATION

What is the difference between the expo and the conference?  
The conference is a paid event featuring over 400 aviation experts from across the world presenting on and discussing key industry topics, issues and ideas, sharing a wealth of knowledge and insights over three days. The expo is free-to-attend with over 400 exhibitors showcasing innovative technologies, industry solutions and services. They are co-located and take place over the same dates as the expo. Do I need to book into specific tracks?
You do not need to book into each track; you can simply arrive at each as required. Please note that some presentations are extremely busy, so please allow time to arrive and be seated in all tracks you wish to attend. 
 

How do I purchase a delegate pass?  
Conference registration is not currently open.


Is there a discount if I purchase multiple passes?  
Yes, there is a multiple delegate pass rate. Please see the registration form for full details.
 

Can I transfer my delegate pass once registered?

Will I have time to visit the expo?  
The expo is open from 09:30 to 18:30 on Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18, and from 09:30 to 15:00 on Thursday, March 19, which should enable you to visit the expo during your visit. Please ensure you plan your visit to maximize the success of your visit.
