Live transcription service and post-conference reports

As part of our accessibility and conference enrichment drive, we are providing a live transcription service for conference delegates and speakers to access during the conference.  If you would prefer not to have your session transcribed, you will be provided with an opt-out email before the conference.

Please note that if you are on a co-presentation or a panel and one person opts out, the whole presentation or panel will be opted out.

The transcripts are AI-driven and post-conference they will create conference reports for each track. These will be sent to conference attendees for added value. Please also use the opt-out link if you do not want to be included in the conference reports.

Conference proceedings website (CPW)

After the conference, all PowerPoint files presented at the conference will be made into PDF files and posted on the website for speakers and conference delegates to access. It could take up to two weeks for the website to be ready after the conference. Upon completion, you will receive a website address and password so that you can check your content.

We reserve the right:

  • To edit and proof texts submitted to meet UKi Media & Events style
