Who is the event for?  
PTE World 2027 will unite the world’s leading airports, airlines, suppliers, and innovators under one roof, covering every facet of the modern airport ecosystem. From airside solutions, ground handling equipment, and counter-drone protection to retail, passenger experience, and sustainability, the event will showcase the full spectrum of technologies and services shaping the future of global aviation, truly encompassing all things airports, including; airport management, airline management, airport and airline consultants, airport project teams, architects, city officials, civil aviation authorities, construction companies, consulting engineers, government agencies, international consultants and contractors, railway management, regional contractors & consultants and suppliers & specifiers for the airport sector.
 

Is this a trade event only?  
Yes, this event is aimed at industry professionals only.
 

Can I bring a child to the event?  
Due to health and safety reasons no one under the age of 16 can attend this event.
 

Are there business facilities at the event?

Are there catering facilities at the event?  
There will be a variety of food and drink outlets situated within the halls. Please view visitor FAQs on the venue's website or download the official event app for the locations and menus.

How do I reach the venue by public transport?  

By tram, metro and bus

Tram 4 runs between the centre of Amsterdam, Amsterdam Central and the RAI (stop at Europaplein). Metro 52 will take you from Amsterdam Centraal Station or Station Zuid to RAI Amsterdam. You get off the metro at the Europaplein Station and exit in front of our door. Metro 50 runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein and stops at Station Amsterdam RAI. From Station Amstel you can reach the venue by metro 51 (Station Amsterdam RAI), bus 62 (stop Europaplein) or bus 65 (stop Scheldeplein).

By train

Railway station Amsterdam RAI is 300 metres from the RAI and has direct connection with Duivendrecht, Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam Zuid and Schiphol railway stations, which are linked to the international InterCity network. Follow the signs RAI Amsterdam when you leave the station.

How do I reach the venue by car?  
Directly on approaching Amsterdam via the motorway A1, A2 or A4 and entering the ring road (A10), the RAI is inputted on the sign boards. RAI Amsterdam is located along-side the ring road (exit 9). From the exit the route to the car parks is indicated.

Is there free parking at the event?
Parking at the RAI complex is easy and affordable. The venue has 3,200 parking spaces. During large-scale events, the outside areas also become available, which expands parking capacity to 5,000 parking spaces. If you are coming from the city centre you can park in one of the garages and travel onwards from RAI Amsterdam by tram, metro, bus, train, bike or on foot.

The only way to guarantee a parking space is to use the venue's booking system. Please visit the venue website for more details.

How do I register for a free expo pass?

Do I need any industry or professional body accreditation to attend this event?  
No, there are no specific criteria to attend the event. It is a trade show for all professionals working in the airport products and related services industries.
 

Do I need to register for the conference separately?  
Yes. Whilst the expo is free to enter, the conference is a paid-for event. You can register for the conference for one, two, or three days. 
 

Will I have enough time to visit in one day?  
PTE World is a comprehensive expo with over 450 exhibitors. Depending on your reasons for attending, it may be a stretch to see everything you want to see in one day. Please use the official event App, when available, to help you plan your appointments and ensure you do not miss out on the networking events. 
 

Is there a networking reception during the event?  
Yes, there is an official drinks reception and numerous break out sessions. More details will be added to the website and the official event App closer to the date.  
 

Do I need a visa?
Holders of European Union, North America and UK passports do not require a visa to travel to Amsterdam.

Important Note: To receive a visa invitation letter, you must first complete the registration form. If you are an exhibitor or speaker, please contact the visa department at visa@ukimediaevents.com.

We will begin processing visa invitation letters 16 weeks before the event. If you have special circumstances that require the letter to be issued earlier, please email the visa department at visa@ukimediaevents.com.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 

How do I register for access passes for my team?  
Registering your team is just a few steps away. Once you have been sent your login details, simply log into the E-zone area of this website and you will find a link for registration.
 

Where are my E-zone login details?
Please email Operations for your login details: pteoperations@ukimediaevents.com.
 

How many exhibitor badges do we get?
You will receive x1 pass per every 3sqm booked.
 

How many customers can we invite?
You can invite unlimited customers, using your own unique registration link. This allows
you to track pre-registrations.
 

Can I invite VIP guests?
Yes, but the number is capped depending on the size of your stand.
 

What does a VIP guest receive? TBC
 

Can you send me the exhibitor manual?
No, the Operations team will send you your login details to the exhibitor manual where you can access it.
 

What are the build days and timings?  
For all build information, please view the exhibitor manual.
 

Can I send the exhibitor manual to our contractors?
There is a contractor information section on our website where contractors can view all the guidelines. Only exhibitors can give access to their workers.
 

Can I gain early access to the halls on breakdown?  
No, exhibits may be not removed before the exhibition closes at TBC, nor will any contractors be allowed into the halls until this time - please ensure that you have briefed your contractors accordingly.
 

What is the breakdown process and timings?

Where can I park?

Can I leave my vehicle onsite during build and breakdown?

Can I collect visitor data throughout the show?  
Yes, you can capture the contact details of everyone who visits your booth with our simple-to-use Visit Connect automatic lead-retrieval system. No, you must pay separately to book delegate spaces.

How do I delete the cover image?
Remove the associated URL.
 

How do I add a co-exhibitor logo / info to the E-zone?
The parent company must add the sharer company. They then contact Operations to receive their login details.
 

Do I get a discount on Delegate passes as an Exhibitor?
Yes. The discount code will be communicated via email. If you require further assistance, please contact robbie.hayward@ukimediaevents.com
 

Can I change my company name and logo?
Please contact Operations if you need to change your company name. You should be able upload a new logo to your profile in the E-zone. If you need assistance with this, please contact robbie.hayward@ukimediaevents.com
 

Can I be sent a list of attendees or press before the event?
We can send a list of companies but due to data regulations we will not send out any personal data. To connect with exhibitors, speakers, delegates and visitors please use the official PTE World App, when available.
 

Who do I contact if I have a problem at the event?
There will be an organisers office on site where you can speak to a member of the team who will be able to help.

How do I become a speaker?
