Yannick Adou holds a degree in aviation management and has over seven years' experience in air transportation operations. For the past three years, he has advised airports, airlines and government agencies, deepening his understanding of airport operational processes from analysis to continuous improvement. Combining on-the-ground know-how with a collaborative, results-driven approach, he supports clients through change with rigor and clarity.
