William is an experienced airport masterplanner, passionate about delivering complex, strategic and transformational development programs worldwide. With over 13 years’ experience, he has led serval major projects in the UK, Middle East and Asia, including the Heathrow Expansion. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from City St George’s, University of London, and sits on the Air Transport Specialist Group of the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS).
