Vincent Baland

An HEC Paris graduate, Baland began his career with LVMH supporting Dior in Scandinavia before joining Shiseido Group in 2003. Over the years, he held various leadership roles across Miami, Europe, and Asia Pacific, later becoming GM Travel Retail Americas & Local Markets Latin America. In 2020, he was promoted to VP Travel Retail EMEA and Americas. At Puig since 2025, Vincent is driving the company’s strategic expansion in the European travel retail market.
