Vince is the Port of Portland’s chief projects officer, overseeing a US$2.2bn series of projects known as PDX Next. With over 35 years of experience with the port in various managerial and financial capacities, Vince previously served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer, where he was responsible for all port operating functions, including Portland International Airport, a two-airport general aviation reliever system and all the port’s marine terminals.
