Bustos is an aeronautical technical engineer, with a master's in air transport systems from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and PDD from IESE. He joined Ineco in 1995, becoming part of the air navigation unit. Bustos served as head of department and later as head of division, taking over the management of the unit that accumulates Ineco's experience in the field of air traffic control operations support.
