Tod is an aviation strategy leader with over 30 years of experience in airport and airline operations. He specializes in revenue enhancement, innovation and improving business processes. Tod led two ACRP research projects on integrating technology into airport concessions and customer experience technologies. A frequent speaker at global aviation forums, he chaired ACI-NA’s Commercial Management Subcommittee and recently served on ACI-World's working groups focused on non-aeronautical sustainability and digital transformation.
