Tod is an aviation strategy consultant with over 30 years of experience in airport and airline operations. He specializes in revenue enhancement, facility planning and passenger flow modeling. Tod led two ACRP research projects on property systems and customer experience technologies. A frequent speaker at global aviation forums, he chaired ACI-NA’s Commercial Management Subcommittee and currently serves on ACI-World working groups focused on non-aeronautical sustainability and digital transformation.
