Tim is an accomplished aviation executive with 34+ years of leadership in airport management, construction and safety. As deputy aviation director for the San Antonio Airport System, he oversees a US$2.5bn capital program including new terminals, roadway systems and a US$1bn airfield redevelopment initiative. His career highlights include leading two major terminal programs, contributing to the construction of a new airport, and guiding two DoD base conversions into thriving commercial airports. He is an instrument-rated commercial pilot and aircraft owner.
