Thomas Woldbye joined Heathrow in October 2023 and has since led a focused drive on innovation in passenger service, sustainability and growth at the UK’s hub airport. He is also overseeing a multibillion-pound investment plan to upgrade existing facilities and provide an even better service for passengers.
