Thomas joined AtkinsRéalis as vice president for business development – commercial nuclear in April 2025. His nuclear career includes service in the US Navy's nuclear propulsion program, and commercial nuclear experience in operations, licensing, training, engineering and organizational effectiveness. He was a peer review and evaluation team leader, as well as manager of radiation protection and chemistry, during an 11-year career at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operators.
