Steven has been the executive director of airport operations of Airport Authority Hong Kong since 2022. He currently leads the airport management division at HKIA, driving operational excellence through an array of innovative projects, including the world's largest autonomous vehicle fleet in the airport. With over 30 years of experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China airports, Steven has been actively involved in numerous airport developments, namely the refurbishment of Kai Tak Airport, HKIA's current three-runway, among others.
