Riano is Bechtel’s aviation division manager, leading the company's global Aviation Center of Excellence comprising planners, architects, engineers, simulation specialists and construction management experts that provide technical support across all phases of Bechtel’s airport projects. He has over 32 years of airport development experience on projects exceeding US$52bn. Riano was co-chair of the new IATA ADRM 12th edition section entitled, "Planning for Construction Delivery" which is the topic of this session.
