Scott Mulligan

Scott Mulligan is the vice president of operational compliance at CLEAR, overseeing nationwide security and regulatory compliance. He previously spent 20 years with the US Transportation Security Administration, where he served as assistant administrator for inspections and was responsible for leading Red Team testing and oversight. Mulligan has also worked with the US Department of Justice and as an army judge advocate in Iraq and Afghanistan.
