Roland is an operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in aviation management, operations improvement and capacity planning. At Berlin Brandenburg Airport, he leads operations planning and development, with a focus on self-service passenger processing and system efficiency. His work currently centers on the operational transformation of BER. He directed the BER Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer program and coordinated airportwide stakeholders during the launch phase. His background is in BI, analytics and infrastructure systems.
