Roberto Castiglioni MBE is an aviation accessibility consultant at easyJet and a member of the UK Department for Transport’s Aviation Accessibility Implementation Group. With over a decade of experience, he works with airlines, airports, regulators and service providers to improve accessibility across policy, operations and training. His work focuses on practical, cost-effective solutions that enhance dignity, safety and confidence for disabled passengers. He was awarded an MBE in 2022 for services to aviation accessibility.
