Ricky is focused on customer strategy and innovation. He is responsible for the tools, technology and processes that shape the customer experience throughout a large portion of the travel journey. His focus areas include security, gates, baggage, customer messaging, customer disruption and the use of biometrics across the entire customer journey. Before this role, he spent 16 years in various parts of United’s finance organization.
