Régis is a graduate of the engineering school ESIEE and ENAC. He began his career in1998 at Roland Garros Airport in Réunion. He joined ADP Group's graduate program in 2002. In 2018, he became director of Paris-Orly Airport, then in 2020, director of operations of GMR Airports in India. In 2022, he was appointed director of Paris-CDG Airport. In March 2025, he was appointed executive vice president in charge of operations and innovation. He is an aviation fanatic and a pilot.
