Quentin has over 30 years of experience as a planner, architect and project manager. He is a senior executive who is passionate about leveraging creative and customized public and private stakeholder investment. He has worked on a variety of active transportation, historic preservation and transit projects throughout his career, and is currently responsible for the strategic planning and design for JFK Terminal One's cultural program integrating art, branding, film and multimedia.
