Pierre-Hugues joined London Gatwick as chief executive in September 2025, having been a non-executive director since 2019. He was previously chief commercial and operational officer at Vinci Airports, overseeing 70 airports in 14 countries. He has also held senior management positions at the French Civil Aviation Authority and Aéroports de Paris, served as an adviser to the French transportation minister and co-founded French business class airline La Compagnie.
