Paul L. Hoback, Jr. is Executive Vice President and Chief Development Offi¬cer for the Allegheny County Airport Authority, which operates Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and Allegheny County Airport (AGC). In this role, Paul provides leadership, oversight and strategic direction for all capital development projects, as well as maintenance and operations, at both airports. This includes overseeing PIT’s ambitious transformation and other initiatives such as the airport’s cargo facility expansion and world-leading microgrid.
