Mike is a senior project leader in flight operations performance management at Zurich Airport, serving as co-project manager and scrum product owner for the continuous development of the airport operations plan (AOP). He leads cross-partner performance initiatives and supports SESAR-related projects, including the joint development of a target time management system (TTMS) to optimize arrival planning according to local business needs. Personal fact: Outside of aviation, Mike is passionate about tennis and other racket sports.
