Michiel is the product owner of the Brussels Airport chatbot and therefore known as the 'dad' of BRUce. He has deep expertise in digital channels and customer service from his four years leading the chatbot developments. As a chatbot and conversational designer, Michiel explores new technologies to design smarter and more human-centered experiences.
