Michael is chief airport development officer at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), where he oversees planning, design and construction of airside, terminal and landside infrastructure supporting a US$30bn capital improvement program at LAX and Van Nuys Airport. He has over 48 years of experience in engineering and transportation, including senior leadership roles at the Ports of Los Angeles, Parsons Transportation Group and a Class I railroad.
