Marlot joined ORAT at Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) three years ago and now leads the function. They steer stakeholder alignment, trials, training and handover for new facilities. Their focus: proving ORAT isn’t only for mega projects; embedded in everyday gates, systems and equipment, it de-risks day one, limits disruption and lifts passenger experience.
