Mark has been the director of the ENAC protection of passenger rights department since 2021. He has worked in aviation since 2008 in the economic and airport charges department. He is the chair of the ECAC facilitation subgroup on the transportation of PRMs. Mark has been head of the passenger rights and airport quality services unit since June 2018. He was previously director of the air transport and environment department. Mark graduated in economics.
