Malte is an expert and trainer for aerodrome safeguarding and flight procedure design. He acquired extensive experience on international projects dealing with aeronautical studies as well as obstacle policies. Furthermore, he conducted several flight procedure design projects. At the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), he contributes to the development of aviation standards and recommendations. He is a member of the Aerodrome Design and Operations Panel (ADOP) and the Obstacle Limitation Surfaces Task Force (OLSTF).
