With over 30 years of experience in airport design, Luis has designed some of the world's most renowned airport projects, including Heathrow T2 (Skytrax's best terminal), the expansion of Madrid Barajas T4, Dallas Fort Worth Terminal D and Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago de Chile. He is also the vision and concept design architect for the new international terminals at Pittsburgh and Boston Logan airports. He is a guest professor (Columbia, UCL).
