Laurie's primary focus at Tampa International Airport is airport concessions, rental cars, commercial parking, identifying new sources of non-aviation revenues, and bringing additional focus to the quality of the customer experience. In 2018, she was the first person to win both the Airport Experience News Property Manager of the Year award and the Airport Council International Concessions Person of the Year award.
