He has responsibility for keeping operational business processes up and running with his team of biometric developers. Laurens is also involved in IT innovation for improving existing processes. Laurens plays a leading role in implementing VR and AR applications within Royal Schiphol Group and is always trying to get his broader vision for the future realized piece by piece.
