Laurence Liauw leads planning and design consultancy SPADA and is a professor at The University of Hong Kong. Previously an investment banker, Laurence has over 30 years of urban development consulting and master planning experience in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia/China, delivering strategic airport city planning work at some of the largest airports in the world.
