principal director, SPADA (Hong Kong)
Laurence Liauw leads planning and design consultancy SPADA and is adjunct associate professor at the University of Hong Kong. Previously an investment banker, Laurence has over 30 years of urban development consulting and masterplanning experience in China, SE Asia, UK, Africa, and the Middle East, delivering airport city / airport planning work at some of the world's largest airports. Laurence graduated from the Architectural Association in London, and has a management degree from the University of London.
