Throughout her career, she has played a key role in operational performance, digital transformation and safety culture, leading initiatives that enhance on-time performance and collaboration between airline, airport and handler. She was instrumental in conceiving and rolling out the Deep Turnaround solution – now used as a best-practice example for real-time operations.
