After working for 12 years as lawyer in law firms and in-house at Air Canada, in 2023 Kerianne took on the new role of director of customer accessibility at Air Canada. She has the privilege of leading a small but mighty team. Together, their mandate is to make air travel more accessible, from A to Z, in partnership with the disability community.
