Kelly is the director of terminal/landside operations, responsible for passenger facilitation and contingency implementation. Under her leadership, the operations team partners with airport stakeholders to mitigate daily operational impacts and leverage technology to expedite passenger movements and incorporate ever-changing passenger demands. Kelly is the program manager of the airport’s passenger wait time tracking system, designed to provide real-time data on passenger movements and security checkpoint wait times.
