As head of strategic development and innovation, Karin leads the work to strengthen innovation at Swedavia's 10 airports. She drives two strategic development initiatives: digital transformation and multimodal mobility hubs of the future. Karin works across all parts of Swedavia and with external customers and partners to accelerate change from the early stages of exploration to business development and implementation. Outside of work, Karin loves cross-country skiing.
