Justin Erbacci

Justin Erbacci became the director general of Airports Council International (ACI) World in September 2024. A seasoned aviation leader, he previously served as CEO of NEOM Airports in Saudi Arabia and LAWA. Erbacci held several key roles at LAWA, including COO and Chief IT Officer. He also led customer experience at Star Alliance and held IT leadership positions at Credit Suisse and United Airlines. Erbacci has a law background and earned degrees from Loyola University and the Vienna School of Economics.
