Jordi Candela has an MSc in civil engineering, with a specialism in transportation. He also holds degrees in law and business administration and management. He has a proven track record in planning, advising and launching new organizations and public, private or PPP projects, mainly in the field of infrastructure, particularly airports. He has been Involved in the private sector in more than 30 M&A international projects, including concessions and management of infrastructures such as highways, airports and railways.
