Johnnie is the co-founder of Copenhagen Security Excellence, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping airports and organizations enhance security performance and resilience. From 2006 to 2025, he served as senior vice president for security services and crisis response at Copenhagen Airports, leading one of Europe’s most respected and high-performing security operations. Under his leadership, CPH won the World’s Best Airport Security award four times.
