Joern is an airport operations and ORAT specialist with 27 years of international experience, focused on building capabilities through hands‑on training and practical coaching. He has led training programs and operational readiness for major projects across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, including terminal openings, baggage systems and ground handling. He combines deep operational know‑how with a strong passion for developing people, improving processes and enabling teams to perform confidently in complex airport environments.
