Jessica is airport affairs regional manager at Southwest Airlines, with 13 years' experience in transportation. She joined Southwest in 2018 in FP&A, managing capital and operational budgets, including landing fees and rents. Since 2022 she has overseen a portfolio of airports, and chairs the Airport Airline Affairs Committee at Nashville International Airport, representing carriers through its US$4.5bn capital program. Personal fact: With great-grandparents in early aviation, she carries a deep, longstanding passion for the industry.
