Jeffrey oversees capital projects and infrastructure improvements at PIT, including the airport’s ambitious new terminal. Since joining PIT in 2014, he has led major airfield and facility projects such as runway reconstructions and cargo expansions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. A civil engineer with prior experience at Atkins North America, Jeffrey has managed large-scale commercial and military airport projects across the US and internationally.
