Jason is responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction for all of Delta Air Lines' over 200 million passengers per year. He emphasizes superior customer service at every transaction during the travel journey, including booking, frequent flyer programs, airport access, bag drop, security, lounge experiences, boarding and transit. Jason has been a Delta employee for over 25 years, intimately involved with customer experience. He is Delta's liaison with the US Transportation Security Administration.
