Jamaal has over 17 years of public procurement and contracting experience, with more than 10 years dedicated to major airport development projects. He leads a multidisciplinary group that includes procurement, contracts, warehousing and business opportunities. Jamaal's role focuses on creation of policies and procedures that create dynamic and efficient operations for the OIAA organization, its stakeholders and the traveling public.
