Jade has worked for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, since 2005, serving in a variety of management roles. In 2018 he was promoted and well-positioned to be the deputy director of the planning, engineering and environmental division for the aviation department. Jade was the primary PM on the US$1.5bn new terminal at MCI, which was on time and on budget (the program was completed during Covid).
