Jacques von Benecke serves as the CEO of Bhutan NDI Limited and the chief technology officer for DHI. He is the chairman of the Thimphu Technology Park and provides consultancy services on decentralized digital identity, biometrics, ethical AI and consent for AI agents, trust registries, Blockchain and IIoT. He sits as a member of the GovTech Commission, chaired by the Bhutan Prime Minister.
