Ignasi Ragas Prat

director, IR Economy, Logistics and Territory (IRELT)
Ignasi is an economist with 40 years' experience in transportation infrastructure and urban development. He has broad experience in Europe, LAC, MENA, Central Asia and Africa. One of his key fields of expertise is the interface of airports and cities. In 2024-2025 he led an in-depth study on the opportunities and challenges in developing airport cities in the LAC region for CAF-Development Bank for Latin America and the Caribbean.
