Lim Hon Wei is a senior manager in Changi Airport Group’s engineering management and specialized systems division. He oversees operations and maintenance of the baggage handling and hold baggage screening systems across Terminals 1-4, ensuring reliable, efficient baggage operations. He previously managed daily BHS operations at Terminal 1 and the former Budget Terminal, and later led major projects, including the Terminal 4 BHS and Terminal 2 BHS redevelopment, commissioned in October 2017 and November 2023.
