Hoi Wen has more than 15 years of expertise in sustainability strategy. She leads Changi Airport Group’s climate resilience efforts, vehicle decarbonization, carbon offsetting and integration of emissions reporting with finance systems. She developed CAG’s sustainable procurement policy and environmental guidelines to empower stakeholders in sustainable decision-making. She also contributes to shaping industry standards through ACI’s Airport Carbon Accreditation Task Force and Climate Adaptation Committee.
